Terms of Service

Last updated 28 July 2026

These terms describe the basis on which a business uses Rivella. The commercial terms of a specific engagement — price, duration, scope of support — are set out in a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over this document.

1. What the service provides

Rivella connects an AI assistant to your Telegram bot. It answers clients, collects the details needed for a booking and hands the request to you — or, when YClients is connected, creates the appointment automatically.

Alongside the bot you get access to the control panel: conversations, leads, knowledge base, broadcasts and statistics.

2. Service status: early access

Rivella is in early access. The product works, but the feature set may change and individual flows may be refined while you are using them.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and do not promise specific commercial outcomes such as growth in bookings, revenue or conversion.

3. Accounts

Control panel access is created by the service operator at your request. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the actions of the staff you share them with.

Report lost access or suspected compromise immediately: ciumac.dev@gmail.com.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the lawfulness of processing your clients’ data, including obtaining consent where it is required, and for the content of any broadcasts you send through the service.

You comply with Telegram’s rules and, if you use the integration, with the YClients terms.

The service may not be used to send spam, to mislead clients, or for anything that breaches applicable law.

5. AI-generated replies

Replies to clients are produced by a language model. It can be wrong, including about prices, timing and slot availability.

You are responsible for verifying critical information and for the content of the bot’s knowledge base. For sensitive flows a manual confirmation mode is available, where the bot only prepares the request and your staff make the decision.

6. Data

Your clients’ data belongs to you. We process it only to run the service — see the Privacy Policy for details.

On request we will export your business’s data or delete it.

7. Payment

During early access, pricing and payment terms are fixed individually in a written agreement with each business and are not changed unilaterally for the agreed period.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for lost profit, nor for damages caused by failures of Telegram, YClients, the AI model provider or the hosting provider.

The operator’s total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the last three months of use.

9. Termination

Either party may stop using the service by notifying the other in writing. After termination the bot is switched off and the data is exported or deleted, at your choice.

10. Governing law and disputes

Governing law and the dispute resolution procedure are set out in the written agreement with the specific business. We aim to resolve disagreements directly first.
