Built end to end by one person, from the Telegram bot and the YClients integration to the analytics panel. You will be talking to me directly — no sales team, no account managers.
For the first five salons I set the price individually and keep it after launch. Write to me and we will go through what you need and what it costs on a call.
There is no fixed price list yet — it will come once the first rollouts produce real numbers.
Contact usIt works. The Telegram bot, the YClients integration, the knowledge base, reminders, abandoned-lead recovery and the control panel are built and deployed in production. "Early access" here refers to the number of connected businesses, not to how finished the code is.
None. Rivella has not worked with paying customers yet — I am taking the first five salons into early access and setting each one up personally. If you need a product with hundreds of rollouts and case studies, this is not it yet.
A Telegram bot (a couple of minutes via @BotFather), a list of your services with prices, and answers to the questions your clients ask most often. I set up the knowledge base, the conversation flow and the integrations.
No. In manual confirmation mode the bot collects the service, a suitable time, the name and the phone number, then sends you a lead card in Telegram — you confirm it with one tap or take the conversation over yourself. If you already use YClients, the booking is created there automatically.
Replies come from a language model, and it can be wrong. That is why the bot answers from your knowledge base rather than from general internet knowledge, hands difficult questions to a manager, can keep bookings behind manual confirmation, and shows every conversation in the panel so you can step in at any moment.
In a PostgreSQL database on a dedicated server in Helsinki, Finland (EU). Conversation text is sent to the Claude API to generate a reply; only the name, phone and booking details go to YClients. The site runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Details are in the privacy policy.
The price for the first five salons is agreed individually and does not change after launch. It covers setting up the bot and the knowledge base for your services, the control panel with conversations and leads, reminders and abandoned-lead recovery, and support directly from me.
